I provide support on business strategy, product development, marketing, and communications to companies seeking to make significant change, calling upon 25 years of experience in senior leadership roles at technology companies. 

I am also a professional coach, supporting CEO's, VP's, GM's and emerging leaders help make that change. That means agility, leveraging strengths, building diversity and inclusion, focus on performance and empathy. To prevail at today's speed of business, leaders need both Vision & Heart, a balance of IQ and EQ.

My passion is coaching leaders and their teams to be the best they can be, overcoming barriers to growth, and confidently pursuing their aspirations, in ways that are healthy and sustainable.
